Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. To improve accuracy we highly recommend you send in a sample of your hair. If you choose or select the wrong colour your are responsible, not us. We will copy the colour you request. In such a circumstance we will not replace the unit without a fee. Therefore, make sure you know your colour or send us in a sample.
Exchange & Return Policy:
Terms of Condition for Qualifying for a Wig Unit Exchange:
We Do Not Issue Refunds, however, If after receiving the wig unit, you have a problem or you do not like the hair colour or texture, You can exchange the wig in 7 days after you get the wig and you can send back to us and bearing the return shipping charges. But before you return back, must be ensure the wig in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered in any way, then we cannot do an exchange!
This includes but is not limited to any of the following:
• DO Not Cut the Lace
• DO NOT Rip or Tear the Lace
• DO NOT Put any kind of Chemicals on the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Wear the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Put Glue or Tape on the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Put Products on the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Wash or Condition the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Dye the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Perm or Put Relaxed on the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Wig Unit
• DO NOT Destroy or Lose any of the Original Packaging
• DO NOT Try to Correct the Problem Yourself Prior to Calling Us
REPAIRING OF WIGS
For repairing of a wig, which is under guarantee there is a £30.00 pound, shipping fee charges. Nominally takes UPTO 4 weeks to repair wigs or lace frontals.
YOU CANNOT ORDER A CUSTOM LACE WIG AND THEN BEFORE RECEIVING IT DECIDE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO WE WILL CHARGE YOU A £125.00 PENALTY PER LACE WIG.THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR EXTRAS SUCH AS HAIR LENGTH, RUSH SERVICE ETC...
General time for a custom made hair system to be delivered is from 2-4 weeks. However, no guarantees of time have been made other then it will not exceed 31 days for delivery. The time doesn't necessarily start when a person pays, but rather when we receive all the specs including their template, hair sample, etc... Refunds for delay will only be issued if it goes past 31 days.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Returns; Risk of Loss
Super Rush, Rush Delivery terms: In general terms Rush and Super Rush production services allow the client to receive his or her Lace Wig quicker then they would normally under standard conditions. We give a general guideline of 2 weeks for "super rush" and 3 weeks for "rush" service. In no way do we guarantee an exact date or timetable for this service. All Lace Wigs are made custom and such no exact time can be guaranteed. This service means it will be faster production then if a person chooses standard. NO REFUNDS will be made for "super rush" or "rush" fees for delays. However, at the discretion of Hair Connection2 we may credit the "super rush" and "rush" fee if the production is unusually past the "rush" or "super rush" time schedule.
